Q:does this policy include incidents outside of the USA but outside of home country? home is Rwanda, I am currently in the USA and will go to Mexico for two weeks. Is Mexico already covered within this plan?

A:
Some plans like visitors care only cover in the US. If you have a plan that does not cover internationally you can purchase an international plan for the specific dates you are outside the US.

Q:Hi,We are evaluating visitor insurance for a 15 day from to New Zealand from USA. One plan that came out was Beacon International. The plan seems ok, but would like to know, how does it work in case we have a medical emergencies in New Zealand? Do we have to pay out of pocket first and then file a claim once back in USA ?Or we just submit insurance card to the provider? Thanks

A:
The insurance is always willing to work with the provider in case of a claim. Its always up to the doctor and how they want to get billed. In case of large medical bills you can call the insurance to expedite the claim process.

Q:Do you have any insurance plans that meet the waiver requirements of UT Austin The waiver criteria are as follows. The Atlas America insurance series seems to be the most similar. A:
Unfortunately none of our plans meet the requirements for the PPACA and it is incredibly difficult for a F visa holder to get a plan that does. Most likely your only option is to purchase the insurance provided by your school.
